Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 October 2026  ·  Effective: 1 October 2026

These Terms of Use are the End User Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) for the Arryfy mobile application (“Arryfy”, “the App”) and this website. They are a legal agreement between you and Jerry D’Souza of Mumbai, India (“the Developer”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using Arryfy, you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the App.

In short. Arryfy is a personal study-planning tool, provided as is. Your data stays on your device and keeping backups is up to you. Its readiness indicators are guidance, never a guarantee of any exam result. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the App.

1. Eligibility and age

Arryfy is suitable for users aged 4 and over. If you are not legally able to accept this Agreement where you live, you may use Arryfy only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts this Agreement on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App. Arryfy collects no personal information from anyone, of any age — see the Privacy Policy.

2. Acknowledgement

You and the Developer acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for Arryfy and its content. This Agreement does not provide for usage rules for Arryfy that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and in the event of any conflict, those terms prevail.

3. Scope of licence

The Developer grants you a non-transferable licence to use Arryfy on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions — including that the App may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. This licence is for your personal, non-commercial study planning. You may not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

Use Arryfy lawfully and for personal study planning. Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt or interfere with the App or this website, or use them in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaches any applicable law.

5. Your data and backups

Arryfy stores your data locally and maintains an automatic on-device snapshot; the Developer holds no copy and operates no server that receives it. iOS may include the app container in iCloud or Finder device backups when those services are enabled. Apple controls backup availability and restoration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for data lost through device loss, damage, reset, app deletion, operating-system changes, or unavailable device backups.

6. Maintenance and support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for Arryfy, as described in this Agreement or as required under applicable law. You can reach us at info@arryapp.com and we aim to reply within a few days. You and the Developer acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to Arryfy.

7. Warranty and “as is”

Arryfy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The App’s plans, reminders and readiness indicators are guidance to help you organise your study; they are not predictions and are not a guarantee of any exam result or outcome. You remain responsible for your own study decisions.

No guarantee of performance. The Developer does not warrant that Arryfy will meet your requirements or expectations, operate as you desire, or be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or compatible with every device or iOS version. This includes reminders or notifications that are delayed or not delivered, calendar entries that are not created, and data that is not saved or restored. You use Arryfy at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable to you, and no claim, action or legal proceeding may be brought against the Developer, on the ground that Arryfy did not perform as you expected or desired.

In the event of any failure of Arryfy to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Arryfy. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of the Developer.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or statutory consumer rights, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in this Agreement limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

8. Product claims

The Developer, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Arryfy or your possession and use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Arryfy fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation, including in connection with the App’s use of any framework provided by the operating system.

9. Intellectual property

Arryfy, this website, and their design, code, text, graphics and branding are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership to you. The content you create in the App — your subjects, exams, chapters, sessions and notes — remains yours.

In the event of any third-party claim that Arryfy or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any such claim.

10. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You also agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using Arryfy.

11. Third-party terms of agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Arryfy — for example, the terms that apply to your device, your operating system and your wireless data service.

12. Third-party beneficiary

You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary of it.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, study time or academic opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Arryfy. Where liability cannot be excluded, the Developer’s total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000.

14. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms, and you may terminate it at any time by deleting Arryfy from your devices. On termination you must stop using the App; sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 13, 15 and 16 survive termination.

15. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-law provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country, where applicable law gives you that right.

16. General

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this Agreement; the Developer may assign it in connection with a transfer of the App. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding Arryfy.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time — for example, when the App gains a new feature. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Your continued use of Arryfy after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.
